PR Engineering was appointed by the client & landlord for the the expansion of the Woolworths store in the Birkenhead Centre. The Scope of works was predominately focused the fire engineering services that covered the smoke control system, he expansion of the smoke detection system as well as the fire water for the new portion of the shop. The difficult part of the project was to keep the store operational while tending to the additions and alterations. Later night testing, after the centre closed was the norm on the project, whatever it takes to get the job done!
