PR Engineering was appointed for the mechanical and fire engineering services for the project. The fire engineering scope of works covered the council fire plans, compartmentalization from the adjacent warehouse, the fire piping reticulation, smoke ventilation,fire water reticulation as well as the fire detection system. The mechanical engineering required some out of the box thinking with the louvers on the side of the building and the roof smoke ventilators playing a crucial role in the ventilation of the warehouse.
