PR Engineering was appointed as the MEP consultants for the luxury high end residential house for a prominant figure in Nigeria. The scope of works included the electrical and lighting design, the electronic and access control design which includes the home automation. The hot water generation, circulation and reticulation as well as the drainage system for the house. The house also required Air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation design. The house was designed in full, however due to a large development next to the plot in Lagos, the client decided to build the house elsewhere. So it will forever remain a design without construction.
