PR Engineering was appointed by a client for the design portion of the WETS services of their high end luxury house located in Fresnaye, Cape Town, South Africa. The intricate storm water, reticulation of plumbing and drainage, rain water harvesting, borehole, hot water reticulation and generation required a professional engineers touch. The project is currently in construction and aims to be completed in end of 2024.
