PR Engineering was appointed recommended by Hilton and appointed by the client to do the Mechanical, Fire and Plumbing & Drainage consulting engineering work for the project. The mechanical scope included the Air-conditioning, treated fresh air system, and the chilled water reticulation. The fire scope of works included the sprinklers, FLS & compartmentalization, fire hydrant and fire water system including the pumps. The plumbing and drainage included the water treatment and sewer treatment plant, hot water plant, hot water ring main, storm water and drainage discharge reticulation. PR engineering is also appointed as the specialist lighting consultant on the project. The project has been in construction since 2022 and aims to open in 2025.
