PR Engineering was appointed as the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineers for the high end residential development in Seapoint, Cape Town, South africa. The development consisted of a 5 storey building, with a parking area at the lowest level and 4 high end apartments each on their own floor. The project started in 2019 and was completed in 2021.
